Man I'm stuffed. This Smoked "Other The Top" Chili was awesome. We tried the @sucklebuster Chili Seasoning tonight and did not disappoint!

Smoke the meat (chuck roast) with Plum & Almond wood at 250°F until the "meat dome" reaches 160°F. Crumble the smoked meat along with the smoked tomatoes. Mix it back in with a cup of beef broth and continue cooking for another hour before serving.
