1. Season the whole chicken generously with Blazing Star BBQ All In One rub. 2. Set your smoker to 275°F (135°C). 3. Place the chicken in the smoker and cook until its internal temperature (IT) reaches 140°F (60°C). Monitor with a meat thermometer (e.g., Meater). 4. Increase the smoker temperature to 325°F (163°C). 5. Continue cooking until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 163°F (73°C). 6. Remove the chicken from the smoker, rest it for a period, then cool and shred the meat.
