1. Cut your pork loin into 3 separate parts, leaving about an inch uncut to hold it all together. 2. Season every inch of the pork loin with Heath Riles BBQ Cherry Rub and finish with some coarse pepper. 3. Braid the pork loin and pin the end together. 4. Cook at 275°F, using Bear Mountain BBQ Cherry Blocks for smoke, until the internal temperature reaches 120°F. 5. Glaze the pork loin with Best Damn BBQ Sauce Sweet Lady Love. 6. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 135°F. 7. Pull from heat and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. 8. Serve with veggies, on a sandwich, or enjoy alone!
