Cook the linguine according to package directions. Towards the end of cooking the linguine, place EVOO in a pan with your scallops, then season with Good Ol Texas rub. Cook the scallops, flipping halfway until done. Add the drained linguine to the pan with the scallops, add the butter, and toss on low heat to melt the butter. Turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley. Garnish with fresh grated cheese before serving.
