Mix the sourdough discard, flour, and 57g melted butter well. Roll out the mixture thinly on a silicone mat or parchment paper. Brush the rolled-out dough with 2 tbsp of additional melted butter or oil. Dust generously with your favorite seasoning (e.g., Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter). Bake at 375-400°F for approximately 25-30 minutes, until crispy and golden. Let cool for 5-10 minutes, then break apart the crackers and enjoy. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
