1. Soak beans for at least 3 hours or overnight if possible. Then boil for 1.5-2 hours or until tender. 2. Sauté Onion & Sausage. 3. Combine beans, ¼ cup bean juice and everything else listed above, then pour into Cast Iron dish. 4. Layer cheese and corn bread on top. 5. Bake in the grill or oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes. 6. Cool for 5-10 minutes. 7. Serve with sour cream & your favorite hot sauce. 8. Enjoy!
